Thought you might find this interesting... the State has modified it's final record which shows primary reason for removal.
See the attached file with this email. On July 25th, 2011, I took a screen shot of the Kansas SRS website report showing primary reasons for removal of children in foster care.... the file shows there was 1 toddler removed for truancy... the fiscal year had ended on June 30th so I waited for year end to get the final report.
Sometime since I took the screen shot of the SRS website, that record has been changed and no longer shows a toddler taken for truancy.

fyi, a toddler was also removed for truancy in fy2010...I have a screen shot of that also....
